Shanghai Bearing Import & Export Co., Ltd. was founded on August 26, 1997. Its predecessor was the International Trade Department of Shanghai Bearing (Group) Corporation, which was established on October 8, 1992. After October 1992, when Shanghai Bearing (Group) Corporation obtained the import and export rights for industrial enterprises, the group's International Trade Department represented the group in conducting the import and export trade of bearings and bearing parts.

From 1992 to 1996, in just four years, the export performance of the International Trade Department increased extremely and outstandingly year after year. In 1997, the Shanghai Municipal Foreign Economic and Trade Commission and the State Economic and Trade Department approved the expansion of the scope of operations for the International Trade Department of Shanghai Bearing Corporation. This led to the establishment of an independent legal entity, Shanghai Bearing Import & Export Co., Ltd.

We are one of the largest Chinese bases for bearing production, sales, and export. Our history in bearing manufacturing spans over 60 years. To date, we have an annual bearing production and processing capacity of approximately 600 million sets. We mainly produce nine basic types of bearing models with outer diameters ranging from 0.6 mm to 3 meters, and we offer more than 10,000 types of bearings. In addition to these, we provide bearing parts such as steel balls, rollers, and needle rollers. We also specialize in bearings for special purposes, bearings made from special materials, non-standard bearings, and bearings for high-tech applications.

Our company is oriented towards foreign trade exports, and our leading products include various types of industrial bearings, bearings, and related parts. As a professional foreign trade company with great influence and considerable scale in the bearing industry, we engage in the import and export of bearings.

Since 2001, we have been elected as the vice president of the branch of basic pieces of machinery unit by the China Chamber of Commerce for the Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME), and we have played a very important role in the Chinese bearing export industry. In 2003, we joined the Shanghai International Chamber of Commerce. In May 2004, our company was certified by Lloyd's Certification Company for the ISO-9001 international quality management system.
